We offer three distinct engagement models:

1. Dedicated Hiring:

   • To secure dedicated resources, you will need to make a one-month upfront payment, with subsequent invoices generated at the end of each one-month cycle.

2. Hourly Basis:

   • When opting for hourly engagement, you are required to provide an advance payment for one week, while the remaining balance can be paid on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis, in accordance with the pre-agreed contract terms.

3. Fixed Time and Cost Model:

   • Under this time and material-based hiring model, you'll make an initial upfront payment of 20 to 30% of the project's total cost. The remaining payments will be tied to project milestones, with a percentage due upon the completion of each milestone.

You can be confident that you will maintain full ownership of your project. This encompasses non-disclosure agreements, copyright protection, source code, intellectual property rights, confidential correspondence, and other Memorandums of Understanding, among other safeguards. Certainly. A dedicated Project Manager – Scrum Master will be assigned for the duration of our collaboration. You can reach out to them for any assistance, inquiries, or issue resolution.

Bacancy Technology LLC is a registered entity in the United States, and we offer multiple payment methods. You can opt to make payments through a Bank of America account using ACH or wire transfer. We can also assist you in optimizing your tax situation with a W9 form, and our Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is 00-0000000. We accept wire transfers from clients worldwide, irrespective of their geographic location. Please communicate in the English language for all correspondence.

Rest assured, such a situation is highly unlikely. Our top priority is ensuring client satisfaction. In the event that either party in this agreement wishes to terminate the contract, it can be done with or without cause by providing a written notice of at least 14 days (2 weeks) to the other party. Upon contract termination, Miracle Group will issue an invoice for the work completed up to that point, which the client is responsible for paying within 3 business days.
